  • Communicate with partners associated with each client account
  • Lead the Survey Kickoff for each account: prepare and send documents to partners
  • Follow up for document completion
  • Resolve partner queries by e-mail and phone
  • Maintain records for activities and status
  • Prepare accurate reporting as required
  • Participate in partner trainings and training webinars

  • Ability to follow proper documentation in management systems
  • Timely escalation of issues and able to provide solutions
  • Effective communication skills
  • Able to maintain relationship with stakeholders including development teams
  • Always pro-actively looking for opportunities to improve
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Should be a self-starter, proactive & target-oriented
  • Experience with Windows OS
  • MS Office – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint presentation
  • Fluency in other foreign languages is a plus (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.)
